A detailed manual for everything Kverio can do. Pricing and billing questions are in the FAQ below.
1. Sign up. Enter your email, a password (min. 8 characters) and your name. A verification link arrives by email — it is valid for 48 hours.
2. Wizard. Pick your industry (restaurant/café, accommodation, salon, apartment, event, personal profile, company — or a blank slate) and a name. Based on the industry we pre-build pages with sample content: a restaurant gets e.g. Daily menu, Menu, Booking and Contact. Everything is just a starting point — rewrite, delete or add anything.
3. Builder. Add your own texts, prices and photos (see the chapters below).
4. QR code. Download the QR code or a ready-made poster in place settings, print it and place it on the table, reception or mirror. You can change the content any time — the QR stays the same and changes are live instantly.
A place is one mobile micro-site with the address kverio.com/p/name and its own QR code. You can have up to 10 places; each is billed separately and every new one gets 14 days of PRO for free. Add a place with the + button next to your places list (the industry wizard runs again).
Images: JPEG, PNG or WebP, max 5 MB, max 6000 px. Uploads go through a crop tool right in the builder.
The builder has three parts: the pages & navigation panel on the left, a live phone preview in the middle (exactly what visitors see), and the editor of the selected block or page on the right.
Pages: add a page or a subpage (e.g. Menu → Lunch specials). Each page has a title per language, a parent page and an Active toggle (an inactive page is hidden publicly but stays saved). Reorder pages by dragging. Deleting a page also deletes its blocks and subpages — permanently.
Blocks: the + Block button opens the palette (see the next chapters). Click a block in the preview to edit it on the right. Drag to reorder (arrows on mobile). Any block can be switched off — it disappears from the page but keeps its settings (great for seasonal content). With multiple languages, block content is filled per language using the language switcher at the top.
Saving: changes publish the moment you save. There is no separate publish step.
1. Create the page your blog will live on (e.g. “News”) and add the Article list block. In its settings choose the layout (large photo cards / compact rows) and optionally how many articles to show (0 = all).
2. In the pages panel click + Article — it is created under the selected page. Articles show in the tree with an icon and a date badge.
3. In the article settings fill in: title (per language), excerpt — a short intro up to 500 characters shown in the list, cover photo (16:9 crop), publish date and the Active toggle.
4. Build the article content from the same blocks as pages.
Scheduling: a future date means the article appears by itself on that day. Hiding: switch Active off — the article disappears but stays saved. Every article has its own shareable, searchable address and a back button to the list page.
Your page can speak Czech, English, German, Slovak and Polish. Free has one language; PRO any combination (ticked in Place settings).
Add translations in the builder: switch the language at the top and fill in block texts, page titles and navigation labels. Anything untranslated falls back to the default language — nothing disappears.
Visitors automatically get the language of their phone; otherwise the default. They can switch with the globe icon.
The app-like bar at the bottom. In the builder (Navigation section) add items: a page, a web link, a phone or an email. Each item has an icon (pick from a gallery) and a label translated per language. Reorder by dragging. We recommend 3–5 items.
In place settings: Download QR — a high-resolution PNG for your own designs (business cards, stickers, table tents). Poster — a ready-to-print A4 with the QR and your name. The QR leads to the home page and never changes (unless you change the slug — see Places). Tip: it works in black and white too; keep it at least 2×2 cm with good contrast.
For each place (Analytics section) you see: page loads over time (chart), unique visitors, most visited pages and visitor languages. Bots are filtered out. Full analytics is part of PRO.
Free (free forever): unlimited pages, blocks and articles, up to 3 languages, downloadable QR. No analytics, custom colours or logo; a small “Powered by Kverio” note in the footer.
PRO (14 € / 349 CZK monthly excl. VAT per place; annually 139 € / 3,490 CZK = 2 months free): unlimited pages, blocks and articles, all languages, full analytics, custom colours, logo and theme.
Trial: every new place gets 14 days of PRO for free, no card. We remind you by email before it ends.
After the trial: the place switches to Free. If the content exceeds Free limits, a 7-day grace period starts — the page stays public and we remind you daily by email. Then the public page is temporarily hidden (visitors see “temporarily unavailable”). You never lose content — everything stays saved and reappears right after an upgrade (or after trimming under the limits).
In Account: change your name; change email (confirmed with your password, the new address must be verified by link); change password (signs out other devices); admin language (Czech/English — it also drives the pricing currency: Czech = CZK, other = EUR); email preferences — you can switch off occasional offers and tips (service messages always arrive); delete account — confirmed with your password, cancels subscriptions and deletes all places, content and uploaded files. Irreversible.
Subscriptions are managed per place (Billing section): you see the status (Free / trial until / PRO with renewal date), buttons to upgrade to monthly or annual billing, and access to the secure payment portal.
In the portal (run by Stripe — cards never touch us): downloadable invoice history, card update, switching monthly↔annual with proration, cancellation. During checkout you fill in billing details; businesses can add a VAT ID which appears on invoices. Prices are excl. VAT; tax is added based on your country. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then the place switches to Free (with the same grace period as after a trial).
